Maintenance and Support Agreement

Imdaullah.digital will provide complimentary security and management for your website for a period of fifteen (15) days following its delivery. After this initial period, we will not be held responsible for any issues or errors that may arise on your website.

To ensure ongoing support, you may opt into our website maintenance service plans. We offer these plans on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, with subscription fees of AED30, AED60, and AED120 respectively. In addition to these plans, any additional tasks or services will be billed at our hourly rate of 25AED.

Please note that our billing is structured in minimum increments: tasks that take less than 30 minutes (for example, 5 to 10 minutes) will be charged as 30 minutes, and jobs requiring between 35 to 40 minutes will be rounded up and billed as one full hour.

Website Migration and Transfer

For transferring or migrating your website from one server to another, a fee of $35 will be applied. Clients must notify us well in advance of the intended migration, as processing such requests requires between 24 to 48 hours. Please be aware that the success of a website migration depends largely on the capabilities of the hosting provider. The new hosting service must be fully compatible and robust enough to accommodate your current website data and handle the migration process effectively.

Social Media Marketing Services

We offer social media marketing services aimed at promoting your products or services across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. Our focus is on enhancing your brand’s visibility and expanding your reach within your target audience. It is important to note that while our marketing efforts are designed to boost brand exposure and audience engagement, they do not guarantee direct sales of your products or services. Clients are encouraged to understand that the primary goal of our social media marketing is to build brand recognition rather than to secure immediate sales, and no claims regarding sales performance will be entertained.

Additionally, during our social media campaigns, we will adhere to the advertising policies of platforms like Facebook and Instagram. However, these platforms are operated by third parties and utilize automated monitoring systems, which may sometimes impose restrictions or limitations on accounts. Although we strive to manage campaigns in full compliance with all applicable policies, any restrictions imposed on your social media accounts (such as a Facebook page or Instagram profile) are ultimately governed by the respective platform’s regulations. In such cases, imdadullah.digital will not be held liable, and any claims arising from these issues will not be accepted.
